Arkadiusz Radwan is managing director of the European Centre of Comparative Commercial and Company Law (Centrum C-Law.org), lecturer in law at Frycz Modrzewski Cracow College and former lecturer at the Centre for European Studies, Jagiellonian University Cracow. He was also visiting professor in Rzeszów (Poland), St. Pölten (Austria), and Ternopil (Ukraine). He is also a former Hauser Research Scholar (2004/05) at the New York University School of Law.

Arkadiusz obtained Master and Doctoral degrees from Cracow (Uniwersystet JagielloĊ„ski) and LL.M. form Jena (Friedrich-Schiller-Universität). He also had several study and research stays abroad, including Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität), Cologne (Rechtszentrum für Europäische und Internationale Zusammenarbeit), Copenhagen (Copenhagen Business School), Florence (European University Institute) and Ghent (Universiteit Gent).

Arkadiusz attended numerous international conferences, seminars and symposia, speaking and serving as panellist i.a. in London (BIICL), Trier (ERA), New York (NYU), Chongquing (SWUPL) and Cracow (C-Law.org). He also served as expert (speaker and panel member) at the European Commission’s “Public hearing on future priorities for the Action Plan on the Modernisation of Company Law and Corporate Governance” (Brussels, May 3rd 2006).
