Kasia Klaczynska graduated from Harvard Law School (LL.M. ‘07) where she was awarded Gammon Fellowship for Academic Excellence. She also graduated from Jagiellonian University Law Faculty (Master’s Degree ’04). Kasia has completed a number of specialized courses on international trade, international arbitration and EU law (in Poland, Italy and Belgium).

Currently Kasia works as an associate for a Boston law firm. She specializes in business litigation, arbitration and regulatory work. Her previous experience includes teaching EU law at Jagiellonian University.

Kasia is a member of European Doctoral College (Heidelberg / Mainz / Krakow), where she is working on her Ph.D. thesis in the field of EU law. She has also been appointed as Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School (spring ’08), where she is going to work under the supervision of Professor Mark Tushnet.

She is the author of several publications (including co-authoring of two books) on EU law and international trade remedies.

Her area of interests includes EU law, international arbitration and international business transactions. She is also interested in globalization of constitutional law and social responsibility of corporations.

Kasia is a member of Boston Bar Association. She is fluent in English and has working knowledge of German and French.
