Becoming Member of c-law you will be joining an international Association of individu-als and institutions who are concerned with development and practice of commercial and company law, including also insolvency law, corporate governance and capital market regulations. You will become a part of a network assembling international leaders, from whom many play pivotal role in their respective countries, both in the scholarship, law-making and legal practice. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the activi-ties of the Association. By that you will be given not only a chance of scientific ex-change, but also a unique opportunity to develop professional relationships and personal ties.

In a capacity as a Member of c-law you will be able to:

  • Participate in and vote at the General Assembly
  • Stand for election to the Association's Organs and Committees
